This past weekend we went with our church to the beach at Ft DeSoto State Park. Cameron and I had a blast, but more importantly we introduced Ruth to salt water, sand and waves (albeit small ones, but still waves!) She cried at first, but with some soft, reassuring words and lots of clinging to mama and daddy, she got used to it.
We'll make a Floridian out of her, yet!

That looks like a fun day! You all look wonderful, but we think Ruthie must have been the hit of the beach. Even if she's not quite sure about all that water. So cute!!
