Lately, more than ever, we think Ruth is just down right adorable. She has become a very animated toddler who loves to sing and spin and dance. Unfortunately, she develops an alter ego of shyness whenever we turn on the camera!
Tonight, after we got home from the pool, she laid her alter ego aside and let her true colors shine through for all of you to see and enjoy!
Some explanations before you watch:
- The glove... well, she found one of her winter gloves somehow, somewhere and has insisted on wearing it lately?!!?
- Cameron had the LCD screen on the camera turned so Ruth could see herself, hence the funny faces she was making in the camera at the beginning.
- The "juice dance" is something she started doing all on her own when she became aware that what comes out of the sink faucet tastes drastically different than what comes out of the fridge.
- More than any other song, Ruth loves to sing "Praise Ye the Lord" from her children's class at church. You know... the one that goes Hallelu, Hallelu, Hallelu, Hallelujah...Praise Ye the Lord!" The word Hallelu has even started popping up in random places throughout her speech. For example: "Ma, naaaa Hallelu, peas" (Mama, snack please)

Ruthie sounds super and dances great !!!!! Don't we all dance in our swimsuit coverup and glove ????? We just finished packing our suitcases so you can have our grandson anytime now, we're ready to drop everything and fly down!!! GB&L...Mom and Dad
Ruthie can be the lead singer and Ella will back her up on guitar for the Christmas album.
