Ruth is now 9 weeks old!
Some stats from her last doctor visit:
She weighs 11lbs 8oz...exactly 4lbs gained since birth
She is 22.5 inches long...exactly 2 inches gained since birth
She has also been thoroughly introduced to the world of needles, having gotten her first round of vaccines.
Ruthie is more and more active throughout the day, and sleeps about 7 hours straight, at night! Her legs are getting very strong and she loves to stand up on your lap, or the table, or whatever! In addition to strong legs, she has a pretty strong will and can be quite demanding at times! ;-)
She is starting to "coo" when you talk to her, and, as you've seen, is getting better and better at smiling! She does have her ugly moments, and, per numerous requests, we'll try to have picture of her "ugly face" posted on here soon!
