OOOOOOOklahoma!

We took Ruth to meet A LOT of family in Oklahoma this past week: 2nd and 3rd cousins, great aunts and uncles, etc. The highlight of the trip was meeting Great Grandma Edna and Uncle Carson for the first time!

Ruth did REALLY well. It only took her one night to adjust to the new sleeping arrangements, and she was her normal social self in the day time! (We also had a 2 hour layover in Kansas City, so Kim and Doug came to the airport with the kids for a quick visit!)

New Bath Toys

Try as we may to entertain her with rubber duckies and such,
she has her personal favorites when it comes to bath time playtoys!

Four Months Old!!

This past Saturday, which was Ruth's 4-month birthday, Kristy's parents had a 24-hour layover in Orlando. We drove out there to see them, and spent the day staring at Ruthie, and playing cards while she napped. (FYI: women beat the men in BOTH games of Spades!!) We had a blast just sitting around the hotel for the day, and of course snapping tons of photos since they hadn't see Ruth since Thanksgiving! Here are some of the ones that were taken.

(Sorry some of them are small, I copied them from my Dad's website rather than having the originals!)

More Needles

This time the holes being made weren't for vaccines!

Ruthie got her ears pierced!

She actually cried much less than she did for the vaccines; as soon as we picked her up and walked around the jewelry store, she was smiley and happy.
